I started in the computer business in 1986 and grew with the industry. I’ve always enjoyed discussing the Personal Computer evolution with friends and clients. As interesting as it was to go through that period in my professional life I couldn’t help but see areas where we could improve upon, as it related to customer service after the sale. I realized that the key to success was spending the time with my clients and discussing the many simple tips and techniques they could do to improve what they were doing on a day-to-day basis.
SecurePC has been providing professional computer repair services in the Mt. Horeb, Madison and surrounding areas for over 13 years. Desiring to do more than just sell new hardware I want to offer customized solutions to help clients maximize their technology investments. If we could focus on what the customer really wants and not some shiny new piece of equipment. I knew we could do extraordinary things for our clients, making us stand out in the crowded field of outsourced IT firms. Many IT firms offer similar services as SecurePC. Our distinction is that we focus on technology services that are customized, designed and implemented based on the unique business needs of our clients. SecurePC has been doing just that for more than a decade, and it’s as true today as it was when I started selling personal computers back in 1986.
Over the past 31 years I’ve had the pleasure to meet and work with many amazing people from Fortune 500 Execs to the local mom and pop small business purchasing their first PC. I still love this profession and am as excited as if it were my fist day on the job. It gives me great satisfaction seeing the productivity that a customized well thought out solution can bring to the clients of SecurePC.
